Traveling with NEW, UNUSED Kwikpen

The instructions say to refrigerate the Zepbound KwikPen until first injection, then it can stay at room temperature for up to 30 days.

My question is: can a BRAND-NEW UNUSED pen stay at room temperature BEFORE the first injection, as long as all 4 doses are used within 30 days total?

For example, if the pen is out of the fridge 4 days before the first dose, but all 4 doses are still completed within 30 days, is that okay? I really don’t want to have to deal with keeping it 36–46°F during travel if it's all going to be under 30 days anyway.
