Jeep WJ Tire size question

I need new tires on my WJ. It has 16" wheels and a 2" lift. I am currently running 245/70/16 AT tires. I saw that 265/60/17 was an original option for my Jeep, so I am wondering if anyone has experience running 265/70/16 wheels on a 2" lift. I am wanting to increase my ground clearance a little bit. I am also considering 245/75/16 and 255/70/16 sizes. I currently have 245/70/16 and am mostly concerned about tire rub if I increase the diameter and width.
