Has anyone woken up from a dream in a dream feeling heavy

Im Dev (21M) and i just experienced some weird stuff. It was like i woke up from a dream and i couldn’t move and later woke up again to reality. In the original dream i saw a family with two kids (one was adopted and neglected). The adopted elder brother killed the family ans hung himself. The next moment me and my friends came to a nearby tunnel to investigate and right before we entered the metro tunnel we saw an officer run for her life with fear in her eyes. There was no sound inside the tunnel and nothing could be seen. All of a sudden i see one of my friends act weird. When he turned back i could see a pale shadow figure wearing a red t standing behind him. Not showing much of himself as to identifying the figure but a subtle presence. I remember running into the tunnel to find an answer to this ans suddenly getting heavy. And i discreetly remember the following words “i wont hurt you but my brother will. Take me to his corpse”. I opened my eyes and i was in my room. It was just a dream i thought. A crazy one. I even thought to turn this dream into a novel because i remember an unusual amount from that dream. I looked at my roommate and try to go beside him. Thats when i realised i couldn’t move my body at all. I called him to my side to help me move but he still couldn’t. We interacted just fine but i couldn’t move. I understood that the previous dream wasnt any ordinary dream and i remembered the words “take me to his corpse”. I genuinely saw a dark flaming figure approach me. I suddenly moved but i couldn’t control it. Almost felt like something else was moving me. I was struggling against that figure when i actually woke up to reality. My roommate was beside me, i was sweating like crazy and i could actually move. I told him about the entire “dream in a dream” story and he told me i might just be stressed. The confusing thing is i remembered a lot from these dreams and i usually don’t remember shit from my dreams. I ruled out sleep paralysis as well cuz i remember interacting with roommate in the dream. Let me know what you guys think this is. I would like professional help but im too broke so yea..
