How strict is Bristol with conditional offers?

I received a conditional offer for veterinary science at Bristol but I'm worried that I might narrowly miss the grade requirements.
I’m currently completing an Access to HE Diploma in Veterinary Science. My offer is 45 Level 3 credits with 30 Distinctions and 15 Merits. I’m on track to pass the diploma but I’m concerned I may end up slightly below the Distinction requirement.

Has anyone been accepted after narrowly missing their offer conditions?
How much flexibility does Bristol usually have for vet science applicants?
Any advice really appreciated🙏😭
