Hi! I did my ancestry test and got the result back. My mom is Italian-like off the boat Italian. When I got the results back my father is coded as Italian and my mother seems to be coded with the mix my dad is

My mom did 23andme and it confirmed she is mostly Italian. She did not do ancestry

What do I make of this
