Help me decide between two beginner kits

This kind of question probably gets asked a lot here, but here goes.

I recently started drumming lessons and am now looking for an edrum kit to practice at home. An analog kit is out of the question ATM and frankly so is the outright purchase of a used good kit.

The school I am at is offering two different kits with the option of rent-to-buy and for the moment, this is the best option for me, as I would be able to pay the monthly rate.

So my question is, for a beginner who is for the next year or so going to focus on counting, coordination and those aspects of drumming before getting into the details of sound, which of these two kits would you recommend. Basically, I just need something to hit at home.

The options are:

1. Carlsbro CSD 401

2. Yamaha DTX 452K

Eventually I will want to move up to a better, more detailed kit, but that is in the future.
