Manifesting SP

So I started manifesting about a year ago for my SP and it was all working out I started listening to sublinimals and everything in May and we got together in July of last year, dated through July - Nov and then because of long distance, we split up. It wasn't really ever a proper breakup we just stopped talking and then this year I started manifesting again and it worked out, he texted some of the exact things i visulised...but I messed up a little bit and he stopped talking to me. I've started subliminals again and visualising but it doesn't seem like its working this time...atleast not as fast? What would be some good sub creators or frequenceies or even manifesting methods to help speed up my process. Asking as a teenager, ik young highschool relationship aren't meant to be but this felt much different.
