Please give tips to help me find a house

Context: I’m 18 and work full time and got the job like two to three months ago. I have 5k savings. I want to move out of my parents house without them knowing (very difficult situation to explain but basically I’m tryna secretly move out) and I want to take my 16yo cousin with me (not really an issue bc legally she can leave without her parents permission) I am looking for a 2 bed flat or house from 500 to 650 pound rent. Which there is quite a few where I live (I won’t say exact city but West Midlands) my main worry is I don’t have a guarantor or any one to ask to be my guarantor. Do you think a guarantor service would actually accept me regarding affordability checks? I made abt 900 pound this month. But if I picked up more shifts I could easily make more than that. It’s also really hard to find a time to go out without my family being suspicious that I’m going to view a house. This is all so new to me and tbh I’m so scared. I am learning to drive and have my test literally in a few days so if I pass I could easily make excuses and say I’m gonna practice to drive around area xyz today. But that’s ONLY if I pass if I don’t I’m so cooked. I guess abt tips or advice or just anything would help from anyone.Thanks
