In senior citizen tour can I send my mom with some known person of society?

in society like senior citizens tour, some people are going on tour, mostly people are couple but my mother is single mother, so some aunty and one person that her friend in that group ask her for tour, he is also from society group and he is also widower so he talk with daily habits and what's need to do and how to handle other things , so can I send with them, as mostly women is coupled so that she knows so it's ok even that person make compny in tour??
