Dr raul manzaneda cipriani

Has anyone gone to this doctor. his reviews are VERY iff its either 5 stars or 1 star no in between when I look at the 1 star reviews they lack a LOT of detail. So im really iffy but if anyone has heard anything or gone to this doctor id appreciate the feedback
