House Building

Greetings everyone. Don’t know if anyone’s gonna get this or not, but I’m looking to build a house in Middletown. I already owned the property and it’s already been surveyed. I want a two bedroom, 1 story house with a large master bathroom and an open floor plan. I’m wondering what the cost is per square foot these days.
