Fruit Smoothie spill

Accidentally dropped and spilled my entire fruit smoothie on my driver seat last night. Because of where it spilled, it drained down in the crack of my driver seat between the top and bottom cushion. I have fabric/cloth seats. I blotted up all the areas that I could reach, covered my seat in baking soda, & let it sit overnight. When I got in my car for work this morning, the car already smells sour. What can I do to get it out? I don’t even know where it went at this point, because all of it that went down my seat didn’t leak or drain to my back seating area. I have a 2025 Kia K4.
