Monopod + PD clutch -or- cuff?

I just ordered the iFootage Cobra 3 Strike w/ K5S fluid head. Soon will be upgrading to a Nikon Z8. Birding lens is the 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3. I’m stoked about it but realizing that continuing to use the PD Slide isn’t going to be ideal. I think I’ve convinced myself that the Clutch would pair better with the monopod for when I want to hand-shoot for birds in flight and such. But I’m also considering the PD Cuff. This is my first monopod so I’m not sure which will pair better. Curious if any of you have insights to help me decide.
