ISO C.L.U.E

Has anyone obtained their report yet? Im having trouble getting mine. I emailed them regarding the report and was told to call the support line. I called lexis nexis support twice now, and was told that “No insurance company tried to access my insurance record auto or property in the past 6 months so therefore cannot send auto or property so only my consumer disclosure report can be sent”
Just looking for some guidance here. Thanks!!
