How noticeable is dye vs pigment ink for photographic prints?

For context, I shoot a wide range of landscape photography across different lighting conditions, from daylight and golden hour to blue hour and astrophotography.

I want to print my work for personal use, but I’m also considering small-scale sales in the future (local art shows, farmers markets, etc.). My main question is whether most people would actually notice a difference, or if it’s more of a technical distinction photographers tend to focus on.
