Who knows enough about meds to help me review my protocol?

26F, AMH 3.71, doing IVF primarily for male factor infertility and weak ovulation. This will be my first retrieval.

My CNY stimulation protocol is:

​

- Letrozole 10 mg daily

- Menopur 75 IU daily

- Cetrotide 0.25 mg daily when instructed

- Lupron-only trigger (4 mg, repeat 12 hours later)

Additional medications:

​

- Aspirin 81 mg daily

- Claritin 10 mg daily

​

FET medications already ordered:

​

- Estradiol 2 mg twice daily

- Prometrium 200 mg vaginally twice daily

- PIO 50 mg IM daily

- Provera 10 mg daily as directed

I'm feeling like this is very low stimulation, and am concerned about egg production. We chose a freeze-all transfer from the jump, so that's not a concern. But this is probably our one shot at this, and I'm concerned that the meds are low compared to lots I've seen.
