Y’all are saying that Melanie was melodramatic and making fun of her for saying “give me 10” but she is an emotional person, and the **fact that she walked away from the situation instead of yelling at everyone is super healthy.** Like for me specifically **I can get mad out of the blue because of my anger issues** and if someone is following me when **I need you to go the fuck away because I can’t talk right now I will scream and I will yell.** I will regret it, but I told you to leave me the fuck alone.

**So the fact that you guys are saying that it’s immature that she didn’t go back to the couch, is insan**e when it was mature. **She’s clearly aware that she’s emotional** **and I guarantee you if she went back to the couch she would’ve screamed**. If **you have anger issues, you KNOW that you can’t just control it. You NEED your own space and walk away from your triggers** in order to calm down and THATS **WHAT SHE DID!!**

**That was not a crash out, it was the start of a crash out, but it was NOT a crash out.**

She **walked AWAY from her triggers instead of confronting Bea and crashing out, yelling on her, she walked somewhere else**. I’m sorry, but **some people can’t just “deal” and have beyond surface level anxiety.** And we know this because of how emotional she is and the trust issues she has with Sincere. Like she clocked it and knew what he was doing meeting this HAS PROBABLY happened before. **Anxiety doesn’t just soley come out of the blue** (like it can come from disorders but im not going to self diagnose her, so im not assuming anything). **It builds up overtime.**
**Like those problems and her crying doesn’t come out of** this ONE situation.

**She couldn’t control the emotions and she KNEW that SO** she **said to give her 10** and yes, she was very emotional when she said that and yes, she was kind of screaming, but she wasn’t screaming in their face so imagine how she would’ve been in the couch. Also, **y’all fail to realize how the next day she had a conversation with BEA where he reflected on her actions and she didn’t play the victim.**

**You guys downplay all the progressive things she does but draw excessive attention to when she has a moment.**
AND it’s not her fault she’s emotional like it’s literally the worst thing when you cry over everything and I know that because I am so sensitive so embarrassing when I cry and imagine how it is to be on national television

**IF you’re gonna draw excessive attention to a situations where she’s obviously emotional, then draw attention to the situation when she’s reflecting and showing positive traits.**
**For example: Corbin asked to kiss and she said no** EVEN THO he was in a rough spot with sincere and it could’ve saved her in case her sincere broke up or how she carried her self while **communicating with Bea after their fight**

**Because right now there’s literally none of that and everyone who hasn’t watched the show paints her as crazy person**

Also ik this is late but people are still talking about it so

Hot take: Melanie’s “Gimme ten crash out” was not a crash out and was healthy
