This bag is made in China.

They have paid a lot of influencers to promote this bag, but the material, color, and overall look of the bag are not like the videos and photos at all.

It completely gives a fake feeling. The material is not pure leather.

Returning an item and receiving a full refund is a customer right and is completely normal in the United States. However, they keep $15 from the refund for themselves when you return the bag.

I contacted them several times, but they told me they will not issue a full refund back to my original card.

Also, search this brand’s bag models on Temu and AliExpress. They are exactly the same models. From the photos and videos that customers post there, you can clearly see they are the same and that the manufacturer is the same.

The only difference is that those bags do not have this brand’s name on them, which is actually better, because the logo they put on the bag I received gives a very fake feeling. It is a very tacky-looking gold logo.

The edges all around the brown bag are black, which makes the bag look unattractive and much less elegant than it appears in the advertisements.

What is even more surprising is that very similar bags on Temu and AliExpress are sold for a fraction of the price. The prices on those apps are significantly lower, yet the bags look identical.

Another major issue is the design of the bag itself. The opening is so narrow that it is difficult to put your hand inside and easily reach your belongings. Every time you need something from the bag, you practically have to take everything out first just to get to the item you want.

The zippered compartments on both sides are also very poorly designed. The zippers do not sit properly inside the bag. If you try to tuck them in, it ruins the overall appearance and shape of the bag. If you leave them as they are, parts of the zipper and zipper compartment remain visible, making the bag look unfinished and cheap. This is not the elegant, premium design shown in the advertisements.

With the money you pay for this bag, you can buy much better and higher-quality bags from brands that actually respect customers’ rights and provide fairer return policies.

Overall, this purchase did not match the expectations created by the videos, photos, and influencer promotions, and I would not recommend it.
