i need some opnions of yours

do yall have any advice on how to open up more,people always say i keep things to myself i explained whyi am like this how i dont want to be rude but the other reasoni didnt say is i feel like its too much to ask for after that or im just too desperate .After i said that i feel more distant for some reasons and im scared people wont trust me w their secrets bc of dat or my past experience.Any advice?
