Things that don’t quite sit right with me

I want to start by saying that I personally believe Mackenzie Shirilla is guilty based on the evidence that was presented and the outcome of the trial. However, there are a few things about the case that I still think deserve discussion and explanation.

The “almost accident” incident
Mackenzie reportedly claimed that there had been a previous incident where Dom grabbed or steered the wheel. If that incident actually happened, could it have played any role in her state of mind?

The video of Dom threatening to flip the vehicle
I came across a video (though I’m not sure when it was recorded) where Dom appeared angry at Mackenzie and said he would flip the vehicle if she said anything. Context obviously matters here, but has there ever been a clear explanation of when this was filmed and what exactly was going on?It seems relevant given the circumstances of the crash.

The conversation between Mackenzie’s mother and the detective about judges
Another thing that has always stood out to me is the conversation involving Mackenzie’s mother and a detective regarding which judge might hear the case.

Again, I’m not saying any of these points prove Mackenzie is innocent. I still believe the evidence supports her guilt. I’m just curious whether there are clear answers to these questions, because they seem to get mentioned from time to time without much follow-up.
Would appreciate hearing from people who have looked into these specific issues in more detail.
