Bring Von home before this becomes a problem

This isn’t about nostalgia. It’s risk management.

With the Cooper situation hanging over camp, Denver needs edge insurance now — not after the market dries up.

Von doesn’t need to be 2015 Von. He just needs to be a 15–25 snap pass rusher, mentor, and emergency bridge if Cooper misses time.

One-year incentive deal. Limited role. Third downs. Keep the young guys from being forced into too much too soon.

Good teams fix the roof before it rains.

Bring Von home.
