Are these cuts infected?

I have cuts that are 3 days old on my upper thigh. I can’t tell how deep they are exactly, but I’d say deep styro, probably bordering on beans? I’ve washed them with soap and water everyday and covering them with gauze, but they aren’t really bleeding so they just sort of stay open. Today, I put a bunch of vaseline on them and the gauze to prevent the gauze from fusing with the wound and ripping the scab off. When I went to take the gauze off there was a bunch of light yellow-ish, green-ish discharge that’s quite sticky. I can’t really tell if it’s warm, it feels maybe a tiny bit warm, but I might just be making it up. It does also look slightly red around the edges, but it could just be regular irritation. There’s no smell that I’m noticing, but it’s a little awkward to smell my thigh. I’m also fresh out of bandages and stuff and won’t be able to get some for a few more days. Going to a doctor or hospital is not an option for me. I think that’s all the relevant information, but I’d be happy to answer any other questions. I’d really appreciate any advice.
