My mom doesn't care about me

I told my mom I was getting made fun of at school by my class, teachers, and even the principal treats me bad. And that I wanna change schools. She said even if I got ra/ed she wouldn't change me schools. (I changed schools twice in 2 years because of the same problem). How do I convince her to change me schools? And how do I cope with her words and the people at school if she doesn't accept?
