Omagari Fireworks 2026 - How to buy tickets as a foreigner? Need help urgently

Hi everyone!

My partner and I are traveling from Chile to Japan in August 2026 
and we really want to attend the Omagari Fireworks Festival on 
August 29.

The problem: Lawson Ticket/eplus requires: 
1. Japanese delivery address 
2. Japanese credit card 
3. Japanese phone number for verification

Has anyone attended Omagari before as a foreigner? How did you 
get your tickets?
