Is there a way to filter out birthday cards/turn off level-up gift bubble?

As title, its just an annoying drop i get every afk session which I have to throw out. I have the pet which gives all the large bubbles active at once. Can I turn off the level-up gift bubble so I stop getting birthday cards?
