Certain servers won't connect

I've started playing recently and for some reason I can't connect to certain servers. I've noticed specifically I cant connect to rustoria.gg but I can connect to rustoria.co, I've already done some fixes like turning the steam server thing to 250 and running games as administrator but its not working. when I try to connect to certain servers its causes my whole internet to die and not let me load anything or join calls for about 5 minutes but it doesnt disconnect me from calls its strange
