[Discussion] Why do some query critiques not get attention?

Hello! I am a long time lurker of this page and it has helped me immensely in crafting my novel. I am getting ready to query soon and plan to utilize the plethora of kind experts here to help me do so. The way you all take time out of your day to help those in the group is heart warming and appreciated!

On that note, I have noticed that certain queries won’t get any comments. I was wondering if this was something to do with the query itself?

Is the query tight enough that there’s not much to comment on, or my worst fear, that it’s too far gone and it’s beyond repair? Or was it missing something necessary?

When I post my query I want to be sure I set myself up properly to maximize this wonderful resource!

I also want to be clear that I don’t believe posting a query entitles you to a response. I was just wondering if there was something I was missing.
