Recycling Center for Soda Cans in West Los Angeles?

So, I moved from the Midwest some years ago, and just accepted that recycling soda cans doesn't happen outside of general recycling. (Back East, every store that would sell you the cans (and bottles) and charged the recycling fee would take the cans/bottles and pay you, cent to cent, (Michigan, 10 cents per both sides; the other states were 5)

Los Angeles? Rarely will you find a store that takes backs the cans they sell you, happily charging you the 5 cents per, but not taking the can back (and therefore not refunding you). I looked for a few recycling centers, but almost all of them apparently just weight the cans and pay you back significantly less.

Had a few parties recently, so a decent amount of cans and bottles sitting around- and I would like to get back the CRV I'm being charged.

Any places that still do that (as of June 2026- or whenever you see this)?
