Looking for success stories from Day 3 embryo transfers less than 8 cells

Hi all, I am looking for some experiences of transferring Day 3 embryos. I currently have two Day 3 embryos frozen and they are scored as such:

Embryo 1:
- 6 Cells
- Fragment Grade: 1 (Excellent: No fragmentation at all)
- Symmetry Grade: 2 (Good: Slightly unequal size blastomeres)

Embryo 2:
- 5 Cells
- Fragment Grade: 3 (Good: 10-25% fragmentation)
- Symmetry Grade: 2 (Good: Slightly unequal size blastomeres)

These are the only embryos we got from 6 rounds of egg retrievals. I have 10 eggs frozen from another 3 rounds of egg retrievals. I have done 9 egg retrievals total.

Right now, we are highly considering transferring both of them at the same time in one transfer cycle. I am scared because we only have the two embryos and they don’t seem great, especially the 5 cell one.

I would appreciate any personal experience with similar types of embryo transfers, whether they resulted in a positive or negative outcome, just to gather some more information.

Any advice would also be appreciated.

I am doing laparoscopic surgery next week for suspected silent endo, where they will also perform an intrauterine biopsy and a hysteroscopy. If there is anything additional anyone suggests doing prior to transfer, please let me know any and every test. I want to do everything I possibly can since I may not get another chance to try.
