Idk why i cant find information about this or anyone isn't talking about it

Guys, is about time we lose access to the og xbox 360 avatars. There is the Original Xbox Avatars app on the Xbox One and Windows. But for how long are the servers are going to be up with the ACTUAL 3D models?

I've been thinking about that the last couple days, and i think we should try to bring this up in the community to go and try to preserve the 3D models, clothes, suits.

There's barely any avatar marketplace models in certain webpages where you can get 3D models *cough*

Even if the whole thing is "preserved" i think it's only a thing to get the item running on a console connected to xbox live (correct me if im wrong)

So, the actual 3D Models are not preserved, and it's just matter of time till we lose access to those. I've been reading about those been in the 360 cache, either from being used on the avatar u got, or games including the 3D avatar models. Even then, i have barely found any 3D Models and unlike other things like GTA SA, or other games that are EXTREMELY preserved and the files are always going to be somewhere, im afraid that is not the case

Im aware of a tool that lets u convert those 3d models and using an intel program you can extract the models and textures from the Xbox app... but it's not accurate on complex stuff. It struggles with glasses, layered textures and such. Also the tool hasn't been updated in like a year and it can get buggy sometimes (although it works 90% of time)

I hope this post comes across some people and we can get something going on about this matter!
