My gf’s boobs turn me off

So my new gf just turned 21, and her boobs are already saggy with nipples pointing straight to the ground. It’s not like they’re so big that gravity is causing it. In fact, they’re the opposite of full/heavy, kinda deflated and droopy. Her hair is also thinning up top. Is this caused by some sort of hormonal imbalance or something? I’ve been with a few dozen women of varied age and size, and never seen anything like this before. In fact, I dated an older woman last year, 38, and her boobs were perky and full. I tried to accept it at first because I really like her. But in the last month or so it’s started to be a huge turn off, like it’s affecting the quality and longevity of my erections. Obviously I don’t want to hurt her feelings. I almost feel like I should breakup with her, but that’s the only issue I have, as everything else has been great. If it is hormonal, I would be happy to stay if she can get it sorted out with supplements or medication. What should I do? 😬
