Currently at the end of my first year at university. I heard from nearly all that maintaining a good linked in profile is a must. So, I opend an account and was managing it and suddenly I got Logged out automatically. Later, I was notified that I temporalily lost my accounts acess and therefore need to verify ID with Persona. I followed all the procedures and they said they will give an update.

Nearly a week later I received an email saying that my account violets their policies and regulations and it will remain restricted and they suggested apealing if they got it wrong. So, I tried apealing but that page did not work for me as the apeal would no get submitted and showed some random error.

So, I just left it like it was and came back a month later and tried to log in, but I was hit with the same message (I'm attaching a screenshot of it) and they keep telling me to verify. I did a few more times but the results were same. As 7-8 months have passed, I have lost all hope that I will ever get my old account back. Now some of my classmates and seniors are suggesting to just simply open a new account but I am a bit skeptical after doing some research on multiple personal LinkedIn accounts.

Now,
1) Should I consider opening a new account with a different E-mail address, or are there any other methods to regain access?

2) To respected seniors, how much important having and maintaing a good LinkedIn profile actually is in terms of the Bangladeshi Job market and abroad? Please give some advice.
