how poorly does this reflect on me? </3

Just looking through my app real quick and realized for my shadowing activity, I listed names and institutions but never actually inputted the numbers. I had it as a place holder (___XXXXXXX) for three of them and one I added contact info for. Identifying info is there but the actual contact number isn’t. I’m so annoyed with myself rn and a bit worried. I know oftentimes contacts arent reached out to but does this reflect badly on me? I just can’t believe I missed this
