Spent a year in Sfax and still couldn't find my spots ; help?

Hello everyone,

I'm a student from Sousse ( 20F ), and I studied in Sfax this past year, I'll also be continuing my studies there next year

Honestly, last year was kind of a disaster for me, I really didn't feel comfortable in the city, I loved my university, I liked the student residence, and I made some really good friends, but I just couldn't connect with Sfax itself

Coming from Sousse, I was used to having lots of aesthetic cafés, nice places to hang out, and easier transportation, In Sfax, I found it harder to fit in because I didn't really know where to go, and the transportation felt different and less convenient for me

So I'm asking for your recommendations, can you suggest some aesthetic coffee shops, nice places to visit, or chill spots to hang out in Sfax?

For context, my university and student residence are around Route de Tunis (Tri9 Tounes), near Hay El Ons and the Technopole area , so if possible, I'd appreciate places that aren't too far away or are easy to get to from there

Maybe there are some great spots that I just never discovered last year
