Why bother with contemptors when you could use deredeos instead

I’m ln the middle of list building for my imperial fists and am stuck with deciding what dreadnaughts to use. I keep looking at having double gun contemptors but each time I do I’m reminded that the deredeo exits and is just better when equipped with equivalent weapons
