Can a Internship with Govt.of Delhi get me a job????

I did an Internship with Govt.of Delhi last year in the field of public policy improvement. Worked under different departments for 3 months and learned how a govt. works in real life.

It was a very good experience.(stipend was ₹20K)

But can I get a real job based on my experience with the govt.
