Earpad replacements

I have the Bos QC ultra's and the earpads (stock ones) have died on me, torn and flat and im looking to replace them.

Any recommendations? I use these headphones alot and i will genuinely wear them for 4-6 hours at a time typically so i want some that are comfortable, not too hot but also keep the sound quality good and avoid sound leakage

Should i get the stock ones again?

I have seen decent things said about wicked cushions but they also have some people saying they're horrible

if i get them do i get the cooling gel ones or the normal ones

(Im really bad with decisions especially when it involves 3rd party ones with mixed reviews)
