Why I love the screwdriver railcannon

Ok so everyone hates on the screwdriver, but if I’m ever fighting a boss and I’m at 10 health? One screwdriver is all it takes to get me to 100, and then I can also have the bonus of doing close range hits without worrying too much about my health. Why do you guys hate it?
