UT MSCSO vs UPenn MAS-CS

I recently received an admission offer to UPenn's online MAS-CS program (I originally applied to MSE-SSC) and am trying to decide between Penn's MAS-CS and UT Austin's MSCSO.

A little background:

• Currently working as a software engineer
• Long-term goal is to move into cybersecurity
• Employer provides about $5,000/year in tuition assistance
• UT Austin would be essentially free
• Penn would cost me roughly $5,000 out of pocket per year
• I would complete either program part-time while working full-time
• I plan to spend my career in Texas

For those who have attended or seriously considered either program:

• How would you compare the quality and rigor of the coursework?
• Which program would open the most doors for me?
• Looking back, would you make the same choice again?
