Considering Used OG E-Tron but Have a Questions On The Motor Warranty

Greetings e-Tron owners! I have a question about the 10yr/120,000 mile warranty. I'm looking at a 2021 OG e-tron with 54,000 miles. The Carfax show that it has had all of the scheduled maintenance with the exception of the 40,000 mile maintenance. It did have the 50,000 mile service though. I called the service department of the Audi dealership on the Carfax report to confirm this and asked if missing that service would void the warranty. The service manager said it might but that would be at the discretion of Audi, not the dealership.

My questions:

• Has anyone had their motor(s) replaced with this warranty?
• Has anyone "missed" a scheduled warranty and had the replacement denied?
• How does impact the value of the car from a buyer's perspective? Does it provide more leverage to get the pricing down if it is not being sold by an Audi dealership?

I really like the car, but these questions coupled with my knowledge of the coolant leak issue have me worried that a second hand car without a pristine service history is a no-go.
