Shipping messed up?

I ordered 3 items on the 31st of May. 2 of the items arrived on the 8th. The thirds has not yet arrived and still has no tracking number. I have been in contact with support chat on the website throughout the week. Twice I have been told to wait 48 hours for an update and both times (after waiting the 48 hours) still have not received any updates. On the website the item now says it's on backorder. I would just like to know whether or not my item is actually on it's where or I need to cancel so I can get it elsewhere
