Super counters need to reset to neutral and do nothing more

It is not fun or fair to FINALLY catch somebody just for them to get a lucky break and god forbid they have more ki than you. You are just forced to take damage because you dared to play the game. Why can they super counter my super counter? Why does super countering a vanish RESET the vanish chain?

Outside of Super counter wars, the counters FEEL like RNG. They don't feel like something you purposely time, ESPECIALLY in inconsistent connection. Super counters need to be CONSISTENT and take a resource. I know we have all had matches where they feel impossible because every other time you finally land a hit you get super countered because the other player wont stop pressing buttons.
