Coming off of antidepressants

So not actually ADHD medication related but hoping this is okay to post here as I’m not sure where else to ask. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience and tips for coming off of antidepressants? I’m on Paroxetine 40mg and will be coming down to 30mg. I plan on reducing the dose by as little as possible over a long period of time as I know how difficult it can be.

I’ve been on and off a number of antidepressants for the past 11 or so years. In the past I’ve just gone cold turkey or reduced doses quite quickly, which hasn’t been ideal. I’ve been on Paroxetine for a few years now and found my Elvanse did more for me than they ever did! I’m well settled on that and had my year review a few months back, so I feel ready to get off the anti ds! I’m excited but scared and just hoping I don’t have too many issues. I’d appreciate any advice if anyone has any to offer! TIA 🫶🏻
