I need help choosing a monitor

Can someone help me? I currently have a 1440p 165hz ips and I am stuck between going all out and spending over $1k on a dual mode 4k 240hz 1080p 480hz QD-OLED or just spending around $600 on a 360hz 1440 QD-OLED. I’ve been considering the dual mode one because I like to play story games with my graphics maxed out and my pc can definitely handle it. I also like to play comp games and I am trying to get even more into it. That being said, that is why I am also considering 1440p 360hz because it is a balance between the two and like $500 cheaper. I have never tried 4k gaming so I also don’t even know if it is worth it and if I will like playing on 1080p for comp
