One shot deal

Hi I have a question,

I want to apply for a one shot deal to help with unexpected costs. Me and my partner was approved for a hosing connect apartment and as it stands we can’t afford security and one months rent

We live separately but I receive food stamps for me and our baby.

Would I have to include him under the household in the application or can I just submit the application for me and my baby? He will be on the lease for the new apartment so I just wanted to make sure so I fill out everything correctly.
