1st dose of reta yesterday

Yesterday I took my first reta dose of 1mg, last night I felt slightly sick an hour or two after I took it but I brushed it off as nerves. Today I woke up and felt nothing, if anything I woke up more hungry and I was going to the toilet more frequently. I’ve done a lot of research on reta but I haven’t seen anyone really with no side effects as soon as you take it.

My friend told me to take another 1mg today, although I’m skeptical cause I don’t want to overdo it incase I feel bad tomorrow. Can someone help?
