If you want help with a free tacker app

Hello, I have had a hybrid Invisalign top and wires on the bottom for the last 3 months about. Pretty early on I made myself an app to use just to help track my take outs, a rough time estimate and making sure I stay on task and roughly how much time I have left. I have not been hardcore about it, I think I saw someone else post an app where you start and stop a timer which I thought about doing as well, but this one is not that. I came up with sectioned off preset times to follow, and just stick close to it and start timers when I take it out. It hasn't been hard to hit the 2 hours out honestly. I am pretty on point, but you need a little give or this is more miserable than it already is. If someone else can get some use or find it helpful, that would be awesome. I does require a login to Base44, the platform I made it on so it's custom to you and your own little space, but as I said I made it for myself and don't mind if someone else gets use out of it as well. You can just use it in the website or install it on your phone like I have it. Open to feedback, but again made it for myself first and foremost and it's at a place where it doesn't everything I want it to do, but things can always be better too. Thanks.
