How can I do better.

I’ve come to realize that I’m a little too judgmental, not outright judgmental where I ridicule or shame you or anything like that. It’s my responses, they tend to give the “is this really how you think or how your brain works” vibe and I’m pretty sure it has hurt a particular friend of mine time and time again(not openly though) because sometimes what she says even in regular conversations kind of pulls those responses not just from me but our other friends as well. It’s not like she says anything controversial or disrespectful…she just, I don’t want to say is slow but kinda and also doesn’t think the way you would expect someone her age to in everyday situations. Plus she doesn’t really think things through sometimes. Sometimes the really obvious things and then the not so obvious but expected to think about things.

She’s a really good person and friend though so I want to do better by her but don’t know how, help.
