I've been put through the wringer with the company who installed this for me ( Enoch ... ) and I honestly can't trust their judgement anymore. Posted before, people said it may be the drip pan having a break, after getting another company out to verify it ( original company said it was fine 🙄) got it replaced under warranty... But it's still pouring water all over my closet after a week (specifically where I put my filters, like the drip pan is flooding).

However, when I pulled the cap off of the ptrap.. the water was UP to the cap and went rushing down. With the cap off, it appears to be draining normally, but it's making a pretty significant gurgling noise. Air is being sucked into the pipe. It's the red circled one. And there seems to be more significant condensation on the lines in general? But that's all I've noticed.

Everything online says my negative pressure unit *needs* the ptrap and *needs* that cap (it's Item: FJ4DNXC42L00), so I'm at a loss of what to do. Can I safely keep that cap off? I know the lines look crazy but the company doesn't cover it under warranty (and I really don't trust them to do it right at this point).

Extremely thankful for any advice. 🙇 I'm going crazy here.

Condensation line only drains when ptrap cap is off. But it's negative pressure.
