Internal Transfer Rejection Please Help

I just got rejected from Cockrell MechE internal transfer for the second time and honestly I have no idea what to do now.

What makes this especially difficult is that basically my entire 2 years here have been built around engineering. I’ve only taken classes from the MechE degree plan, I’ve gotten approval to take Cockrell classes despite not being in Cockrell, I’m involved in engineering organizations, and pretty much all of my extracurriculars and career goals are engineering-related.

I’m currently in COLA, and staying in my current major is just not an option for me. I feel completely stuck because I’ve spent the last two years working toward MechE and now I don’t really know where to go from here.

With VICK advising gone, I don’t even know who I’m supposed to talk to anymore. Has anyone been in a similar situation after getting denied multiple times? What did you end up doing?

I’m honestly just kind of lost right now. If anyone’s been through something similar or has any advice I’d really appreciate it.
